Portabilitatea numerelor de telefon debuteaza la 21 octombrie 2008

Incepand cu data de 21 ianuarie 2008 decizia presedintelui ANRCTI a intrat in vigoare, aceasta facand referire la adoptarea "Conditiilor tehnice si comerciale de implementare a portabilitatii numerelor", despre care va informam in urma cu cateva luni.Incepand cu data de 21 octombrie 2008, utilizatorii vor putea beneficia de portabilitatea numarului de telefon in 10 zile de la depunerea unei cereri catre furnizorul la care aceasta este abonat. Astfel, orice utilizator isi va putea pastra numarul de telefon, chiar daca isi va schimba furnizorul. O decizie de acest gen asigura o libertate mai mare de selectare a unui furnizor si incurajeaza concurenta de pe piata telefoniei.In clipa cand un utilizator renunta la serviciile unui furnizor (donor) si le adopta pe cele ale altei companii (acceptor), nu va exista o facturare a clientului pentru portarea numarului, acceptorul suportand cheltuielile transferului. Pentru ca utilizatorii sa fie corect informati in legatura cu procesul de portare a numerelor, furnizorii serviciilor de telefonie vor oferi informatii prin SMS sau pe pagina web, gratuit. De asemenea, clientii vor trebui informati in legatura cu reteaua in care se afla numarul la care suna si in legatura cu tarifele respectivei retele. Va fi pusa la dispozitia utilizatorilor si o aplicatie web, prin intermediul careia acestia vor putea afla daca un numar este portat, furnizorul de servicii utilizat de client si numeroase alte detalii.De mentionat este faptul ca nu va fi posibila portarea numerelor de telefonie fixa catre retele de telefonie mobila si invers. Va trebui sa stiti ca portarea numerelor de telefonie fixa se va putea realiza doar daca acceptorul si donorul folosesc o numerotatie specifica aceluiasi judet.
