In timp ce browserele mai sus mentionate se chinuie sa fie numarul unu in lumea mobile, Skyfire aduce internetul full in mobilul ce ruleaza Windows Mobile. Si partea buna e ca site-uri precum YouTube merg la capacitate maxima, cu tot cu flash si 3rd-party content. Siteuri precum MySpace sau Facebook sau hi5 ( pentru romani ) se incarca intr-o clipa iar videoclipul se poate viziona direct din browser. Windows Mobile 5 sau 6, cu touchscreen sau nu, Skyfire isi face treaba, iar pe viitor se anunta o versiune pentru Symbian.

Skyfire Shows iPhone-Like Browsing for Windows Mobile

Skyfire says its mobile browser makes the Web experience like on Apple's iPhone -- on Windows Mobile smartphones. Unveiled at DEMO 08, Skyfire says its mobile browser can even use Flash, Ajax or Java technologies thanks to pages reformatted by Skyfire's servers. Skyfire says the technology for Windows Mobile provides "real Web" support. In a development that makes clear the revolutionary impact of Apple's iPhone, a start-up company unveiled at the DEMO 08 conference a new mobile Web browser that may bring iPhone-like browsing to phones running Windows Mobile 5 and 6. Skyfire, currently in private beta, makes mobile browing "just like" using the Web on a PC, the company said, even if sites are built with Flash, Ajax or Java technologies.
