UE doreste reglementarea taxarii pe minut

Dupa o victorie la categoria roaming, Uniunea Europeana cauta alte metode a reduce facturile mobile ale cetatenilor europeni, abordand de acesata data, taxarea pe minut.Practica de a taxa pentru un minut intreg, desi utilizatorul a vorbit doar cateva secunde din acesta este destul de raspandita printre operatorii de pe glob, dar UE afirma ca acest procedeu creste costurile cu pana la 20% pentru utilizatorul de rand. UE nu este totusi gata sa se lupte din nou cu operatorii, aflandu-se inca in faza cercetatorilor acestui procedeu. Reprezentantii Uniunii au declarat ca o masura va fi cu siguranta luata pana la finalul acestui an.Exista totusi si operatori care taxeaza la secunda, chiar si in Romania, care nu vor fi afectati de normele UE la acest capitol. Cu cateva saptamani in urma, Uniunea Europeana promitea ca se va implica si in reglementarea tarifelor pentru transferul mobil de date, dar si in taxarea SMS-urilor, dupa victoria sa in aplicarea unor noi tarife de roaming. Dupa cum acestea nu au fost apreciate de catre operatori, scazandu-le profiturile, banuim ca starea conflictuala dintre UE si furnizorii de servicii mobile se va amplifica.

Sniffing SSL traffic using MITM attack / ettercap, fragrouter, webmitm and dnsspoof.

Before reading on this guide is for educational purposes only. I take no responsibility from what people do with this info. First thing is to get fragrouter. We do this with this command : Code: fragrouter -B1Squash that window and put it to one side.
