Primele plati electronice cu mobilul in Bulgaria

Compnia System for Electronic Payments (SEP) din Bulgaria a anuntat ca este pregatita pentru demararea unui sistem national mobil de plata electronica bazat pe tehnologia GPRS, scrie presa internationala.Oficilii companiei au anuntat ca au primit o licenta de operare din partea bancii centrale, care a recunoscut oficial sistemul mobil de plata electronica. SEP devine astfel al treilea operator national de plati electronice din Bulgaria, alaturi de Bankservice si Borica, precum si primul operator de plati electronice prin intermediul telefoanelor mobile.Conform reprezentntilor SEP, primele teste ale serviciului vor incepe in luna mai a anului viitor, atunci cand celelalte organizatii implicate in proiect (banci, comercianti si operatori de telefonie mobila) vor finaliza integrarea tehnologiilor.

Packetforge-ng

The purpose of packetforge-ng is to create encrypted packets that can subsequently be used for injection. You may create various types of packets such as arp requests, UDP, ICMP and custom packets. The most common use is to create ARP requests for subsequent injection. To create an encrypted packet, you must have a PRGA (pseudo random genration algorithm) file. This is used to encrypt the packet you create. This is typically obtained from aireplay-ng chopchop or fragmentation attacks.
