Planul de revizuire a pietelor din comunicatii, lansat in 2007

Autoritatea Nationala pentru Reglementarea in Comunicare si Tehnologia Informatiei (ANRCTI) va publica Planul operational de revizuire a pietelor relevante din sectorul comunicatiilor electronice din Romania, pana la sfarsitul anului 2007, potrivit unui comunicat al ANRCTI.

Planul va cuprinde calendarul activitatilor de definire, analiza si reglementare a acestor piete, stabilit impreuna cu echipa de consultanti ai WIK si Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
WIK-Consult GmbH, in consortiu cu Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher Trustees Limited au castigat licitatia internationala pentru implementarea proiectului Phare de asistenta tehnica finantat integral de Uniunea Europeana prin intermediul caruia se ofera asistenta in vederea imbunatatirii capacitatii institutionale a ANRCTI in ceea ce priveste reglementarea ex-ante.
Valoarea contractului este de 1.998.245 euro. Implementarea proiectului urmeaza sa se desfasoare pe o perioada de 12 luni, din noiembrie 2007, pana in noiembrie 2008.
Scopul contractului este sa asigure reglementatorului pietei de comunicatii din Romania asistenta tehnica si training 'on-the-job' in procesul de definire si analiza a pietelor relevante din sectorul comunicatiilor electronice, in stabilirea masurilor de reglementare adecvate si in procesele de consultare la nivel national si european cu privire la pietele relevante analizate, care trebuie efectuate potrivit obligatiilor ce revin Romaniei ca stat membru al Uniunii Europene.

Sniffing SSL traffic using MITM attack / ettercap, fragrouter, webmitm and dnsspoof.

Before reading on this guide is for educational purposes only. I take no responsibility from what people do with this info. First thing is to get fragrouter.
