Cosmote Romania si Romtelecom ofera utilizatorilor i-mode acces gratuit la baza abonatilor Romtelecom, care include numerele de telefon ale circa trei milioane de clienti rezidentiali si companii din intreaga tara, se specifica intr-un comunicat emis de companie. “Agenda Romtelecom reprezinta o extensie a serviciului online 931, care ofera de doi ani informatii despre numerele de telefon ale abonatilor Romtelecom”, a adaugat Alexandru Hurdubaie, director coordonator divizia clienti rezidentiali al Romtelecom. Dash Express can be preordered for $599, which includes three free months of wireless service. Following reports that Google's Android platform for mobile devices is buggy, IDC's Chris Hazelton pointed out that developers are being asked to "design an application when they don't even know what the interface is." Android devices are expected "sometime in the second half of 2008," he said, so there is time for problems to be worked out. Android has problems. That's the word from developers, according to an article in Wednesday's Wall Street Journal. The article indicates that the early version of the software development kit is full of more bugs than one would expect.
